And I Love You So

Greetings!

This morning around 7 a.m. I woke up hearing the song You Raise Me Up.  It was a song I knew and loved.

I believed I heard the song for the first time on TV in 2006.  The singer was Tommy Fleming.  I fell in love with the song.  Though it was one of my favorite songs, I only remembered some of the lyrics.  I chose this song for mother and son dance during my younger son's wedding.  (This was not our Chinese tradition.)  When the music was playing, we were not really dancing because I did not know how to dance.  We sang and I told my son how proud I was of him.

I was happy to hear the song.  I heard it on TV.  I knew the song.  It was not one of those Music in the Air  that sometimes I could not find out what it was.

On March 19, I woke up hearing music.  It was beautiful, yet I had no idea what it was.  I went online.  Somehow, the website I used to go to did not work.  I tried the revised version.  The suggested songs were not the same as what I heard.  After trying for a few more times, I wanted to give up.  Then I saw the suggestion for me to go back to the original website.  It worked.  It was And I Love You So.  I did not know the song.  I loved the words as well as the music.  The music was heard or in my mind throughout the day.

That night the music was very much in the air / my mind.  I wondered if it was my mind that let it go on and on.  So I mentally talked to my guides.  I told them I wanted to sign up for the Friday gathering.  All the while, I still heard the music.  Gradually, I fell asleep and was awoken to see 3:33 a.m.  I sat up to meditate.  In the morning, I woke up hearing And I Love You So again.  I decided to re-write the song as if it was from my guides and soul family - And we love you so, we understand how you feel, sometimes life seems tough, and you feel all alone, yet deep within you know . . . . . .

With Sukiyaki, I could not recall the tune except if I listened to it on YouTube or the tune suddenly came to me again.  (Re Why did I wake up hearing a song about Japanese food?  It had been some days now since I first heard And I Love You So, and it still came on all the time.  It might be the music was beautiful and the song was easy to recall.

As I had mentioned, I was not into remembering songs or lyrics.  If this hearing music upon waking up occurred years earlier (i.e. before I  subscribed to the Internet), I would not be able to find out what I heard.

Today is March 25.  I published my first post on the same day eight years ago.  Thank you for allowing me to connect with you through this blog.

Love,
Q of D
